Yard sign order went smoothly

I ordered a custom Yard Sign for my small business last month. The design tool on their website was pretty straightforward to use, though I had to tweak my logo a bit to fit their resolution requirements. Placing the order was easy enough. It took about 7 days for the sign to arrive in Arizona, which was within their estimated delivery window. The sign itself seems durable; good print quality and the colors match what I saw on screen. I had a quick question about mounting options and used their online chat support, which responded in a few minutes and was helpful. Overall, a solid experience for getting promotional materials.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third time ordering from VistaPrint, specifically for custom Mugs for our team. I keep coming back because their quality is consistently good for the price. The design upload process was the same as before, no surprises there. Delivery to Michigan was on time, just like my previous orders for T-Shirts and Stickers. The mugs arrived well-packaged, no breakages, and the print came out sharp. It's nice to know what to expect when you place an order, and they deliver on that every time. Good dependable option for small business needs.

Good value, minor shipping delay

I recently purchased some custom Product Labels for my homemade goods. The price was competitive, and the online design interface was intuitive, allowing me to upload my artwork easily. The label quality is quite good for the cost; they stick well and the print is clear. My only minor complaint was that shipping took a day longer than the initial estimate, arriving in 9 days instead of 8 to my address in Oregon. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to note if you're on a tight deadline. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay. Overall, I'd say it's a good choice for value, just factor in a little extra time for delivery.

Business cards were fine

Needed new Glossy Business Cards. Ordered them, they shipped fast. Quality was good, cards felt sturdy. No issues. Will use again.

My order arrived and the colors are totally off, not what I approved in the proof. What's their return policy like for something like this?

R Rachel 2 months ago
They have a 'satisfaction guarantee' thing. I had an issue with a blurry print once and they reprinted it for free, no hassle.

Definitely contact their customer service. They're usually pretty good about fixing mistakes if it's their fault or a print quality issue. I've heard of people getting full refunds or reprints.

Any new customer deals floating around right now? About to place my first order and want to make sure I get the best price.

T Todd 2 months ago
There's almost always a 'first order' discount, usually 20-25% off. Check the banner on their homepage or sign up for their emails.

For sure, just look around their site, usually pops up or is easy to find. Sometimes it's automatic or you get a code in your welcome email.

Can I use that 25% off coupon I saw on their site AND the free shipping code? Or is it just one per order?

K Kevin D. 2 months ago
Nah, just one code. They're pretty strict about that.

Yeah, I tried to stack them once and it wouldn't let me. You gotta pick the best discount for your cart.

Thinking of getting some new business cards and maybe a banner. Anyone know if VistaPrint is better than Moo for quality?

R Rosa 2 months ago
Moo's definitely pricier, but their paper quality feels a bit more premium. For everyday biz cards, Vistaprint is totally fine though, especially for the price.

I've used both. For basic stuff like flyers and yard signs, Vistaprint is great value. For really fancy business cards where you want to impress, Moo might have the edge. Depends on your budget and what you're printing.

Do they offer any design help if I'm totally clueless? I have an idea but no design skills at all.

S Sarah T. 1 month ago
Yeah, they have design services. You can tell them what you want and they'll whip something up for you, though it costs extra.

They have tons of templates too, which are super easy to customize. If you want something unique, their designers can definitely help, I used them for my logo once.
